Adult Dance & Fitness
The Adult Dance and Fitness Classes are offered in a variety of styles. Whether you're reminiscing about your favorite past time or never had the opportunity to learn how to dance, these classes will add a great energy to your weekly routine. They are upbeat, fun, and a great way to do something for YOU!
Unlimited Monthly Class Pass is only $59 (non-transferable, and must be used throughout the same month). Not sure if you want a pass? Drop in fee is $10 per class.

BalletMondays 7:30-8:30pm Ballet is the foundation of all dance but also is a great way to mentally stay active and coordinated. We will focus on barre combinations and stretching. No pressure...just fun and a good workout.
TapWednesdays 7:30-8:30 pm Never made it as a Rockette? Now's your chance! In this class, you will work on basic tap steps and learn a fun combination every month. Your legs will thank you for taking this class every week.
YogaThursdays 7:30-8:30pm This 60 minutes of Zen will finish your week off right and get you ready for the weekend! This class will focus on breathing, stretching, and balance. Give yourself some tranquility, more variety in daily routine, and see why this is one of the hottest trends! We are thankful to have Ms. Amy, Co-Owner of Indigo Yoga, teaching our Yoga Program!
ZumbaTuesdays 7:30-8:30pm A fun, upbeat workout to get your heart rate going and keep up on your toes! Zumba is an aerobic workout focusing on coordination and stamina. A great cardio workout to add to your schedule!
